My package is being returned to sender, what should I do?

If your package is being returned to the sender (our office/store), it’s usually because the shipping/delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, or because nobody was present at the delivery location to receive the package.

Couriers have 2 delivery attempts before they mark the package as RTS or Return to Sender.

In this type of situation, Please be sure to contact us if your package is being returned to our warehouse so we can address the situation as soon as possible.
