I received a damaged item! Are you for real or is this a scam? What should I do?!

Step 1: Don’t panic! If a product appears to be damaged, please reach out to us immediately at support@luckydollstore.com with a photo that shows the damage and we will be happy to assess the claim.  If the item is deemed damaged, a replacement will be sent out to you immediately and a return process will be started without any extra expense to you.

If you are located within Metro Manila, let us kow the best time to pick up the damaged item and we will arrange a return. If you are located outside Metro manila, kindly ship back the item throufh the most convenient and nearest  LBC or JRS location and we will reimburse you for the shipping charge paid for returning the product.

Just a reminder, that tags should not be removed and still attached when returning an item.
